THE GOOD LIFE provides you and your family with online resources and incentives to embrace a healthy lifestyle. This program is completely confidential; Tokio Marine North America Services (TMNAS) never sees any individual results. If you are eligible to participate in our benefits program, you don't have to be enrolled in a medical plan to earn the points and qualify for the program incentive. Your dependents, age 16 and older, may also participate in THE GOOD LIFE, earn points and qualify for a quarterly raffle. The more levels they complete, the more entries they receive in the raffle. Raffle prizes include smart watches and other activity trackers.

We offer you three medical plans. All options cover in-network preventive care at 100 percent, have a deductible, offer out-of-network benefits, and are administered by Independence Blue Cross. The Consumer Plan comes with a tax-advantaged Health Savings Account (HSA).

Tokio Marine North America Services recognizes the importance of family. To help alleviate some of the financial worry when you are away from work, Parental Leave, Parental Flex, and Caregiving Leave provide income re-placement up to a combined maximum 6 weeks, separate from PTO. There is no cost to you for this benefit.

We also offer Employee Basic Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance at 1.5 times your salary at no cost to you. There is also the opportunity to enroll in additional supplemental Life and AD&D insurances for you, your spouse and dependent children on a post-tax basis.

Through our 401 (k) plan with Fidelity, the company will match 100% of the first 4% of pay you contribute, and 50% of the next 2% of your pretax contributions to your plan.
