The TMNAS Culture & Spirit Committee is responsible for planning employee engagement events! Our mission is to promote and exemplify a sense of community and inclusion for all TMNAS employees. From Ice Cream Day and Take Your Child to Work Day to monthly cultural celebrations, there is something for everyone to enjoy!

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

We know that diversity in knowledge, skills, and ideas is crucial. The TMNAS Diversity Equity & Inclusion Team is responsible for all planning and execution of diversity and inclusion events as listed on the TMNAS CSR Calendar. The mission of the committee is to foster an environment that values diversity, encourages others to understand and learn new perspectives, and create a sense of appreciation and openness amongst our employees.

Women in IT

We believe great things happen when women are part of delivering our technology solutions. TMNAS Women in IT is a community dedicated to supporting career growth, equality, and inclusion in IT. We do this by providing resources and events to support women at every level of their professional careers. Our community hosts leadership skills development, networking opportunities, guest speakers, and community service events that while focused on the unique challenges and opportunities for women in technology, are open to all.

Innovation

Everyone is an innovator at TMNAS! Our team members participate in new business and technology proof of concept (POC) and R&D activities and pilots. We encourage involvement in innovation challenges, like IT's annual Shark Tank idea event, regular Quick Pitch sessions to executives, participation in innovation learning opportunities (like Design Thinking, SAFE Agile), and provide access to the newest technology and business trends in InsurTech. We are also engaged with several VC and tech incubators, including Plug and Play, Eos Ventures, and DreamIT Ventures, participating in pitch days, PoC's and R&D with them.
