Finance and Accounting

We provide financial stewardship and operational excellence. Our teams include Financial Accounting & Reporting, Accounts Payable, IT Finance & Purchasing, Investment & Treasury Management, Payroll, Tax, Budgeting & Planning, and Reinsurance Accounting.


We deliver estimates of expected outcomes in order to support profitability and growth goals. This includes Loss Reserve Adequacy, Rate Adequacy, Rate Impact of Decisions, Enterprise Risk Management & Capital Allocation, and Strategic Planning.

Information Technology (IT)

From Applications to Architecture to Infrastructure to Security, we develop, maintain, and innovate digital technology solutions to support and automate our businesses. Agile, Azure, Guidewire, ServiceNow, LeanIX, Cloudera, Salesforce, UIPath, Informatica, low-code/no-code, and full-stack Microsoft. We do it all, 24x7, working with our partners on three continents.

Internal Audit

We give risk and control guidance, consultation and evaluation, as well as independent and objective assurance of control effectiveness. We conduct Financial, Operational, and IT risk based audits in addition to overseeing J-SOX administration and key controls testing.

Legal Services

Our team of attorneys provides consultation, judgment, and legal expertise on everything from compliance and privacy to contracts and NDA reviews.
